Craig L. Buchanan - Principal
Craig Buchanan is a seasoned professional with more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience. Craig is responsible for selecting, negotiating and securing land for acquisition and development. In addition, Craig’s responsibilities range from tenant relations/negotiations and site selection through project disposition of all development assets. During his career, Craig has developed projects to date totaling 3,100,000 square feet and $210,000,000 in total project development costs.
In addition to his career responsibilities, Craig has established direct retailer contact and relationships with retailers including, but not limited to, Publix Super Markets, Home Depot, Target, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Wal-Mart. Craig was responsible for creating, implementing and the management of St. Joe Commercial’s retail development program and building their retail program into a top revenue producer for the Commercial Division. Prior to joining St. Joe, Craig was responsible for Trammell Crow Company/Faison Enterprise’s Retail Merchant Build Program. The Merchant Build Program was responsible for all retail development in the State of Florida, which included horizontal and vertical development, land sale transactions, and disposition of all retail assets. Craig’s primary emphasis was on neighborhood centers, power centers, and transaction development projects.

Organizational & Civic Involvement: Craig is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, holds a Real Estate Broker License, and is the Eagle Advisor for Winter Park, Florida’s Boy Scout Troop 62.

Thomas J. Murray, P.E. - Principal
Thomas Murray is a seasoned professional with more than 23 years of both residential and commercial land development experience. Tom is responsible for the predevelopment activities thru the procurement of construction. A licensed professional engineer for over 17 years, specializing in civil, he brings particular expertise to his role by ensuring seamless land development, preconstruction and construction, implemetation and management. During his career, Tom has developed projects from large mixed-use DRI developments to over 2,250,000 square feet of commercial properties with total project development costs exceeding $175,000,000. In his previous position, Tom completed several horizontal and vertical development projects for The St. Joe Company, including, SouthWood Town Center, ,SouthWood Village Publix Shopping Center, WaterColor Crossings Publix Shopping Center, SouthWood Business Park, Panama City Beach’s first Home Depot home improvement warehouse, and master planned several land development programs for retail development. In addition to his development responsibilities, Tom was instrumental in the conception of the commercial development divisions within the Tallahassee and Panama City Beach Markets.
Prior to joining St. Joe, Tom served as the Director of Design and Construction for Trammell Crow Company/Faison Enterprise’s Retail Merchant Build Program. Murray graduated from The University of Central Florida with a bachelors of Science degree in 1983 and obtained his professional engineers license in 1989. Tom is a member of the American Society of Engineers, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.
