WindCrest Development Group Inc. (WDG) is a privately held real estate development company headquartered in Orlando Florida. WDG’s primary focus is in the retail, commercial and mixed-use development fields. Founded in March 2006 by its two principals, Craig L. Buchanan and Thomas J. Murray, WDG’s main business emphasis is to develop high quality real estate projects for its own account and providing superior development services to those clients in need of site acquisition, entitlement, permitting, construction management, and disposition of their real estate projects.
WDG is actively seeking real estate development opportunities in the Southeast United States with its primary concentration in the Florida market.
One of WDG’s primary clients is Publix Super Market’s Inc. and is currently developing shopping centers and free standing grocery stores for their Self Development Program.
